Mozilla Jetpack in Action - Receive OpenSource Release Announcements From Within Firefox
Mozilla recently introduced Jetpack via Mozilla Labs as a new way to develop extensions for Firefox without having to use XUL. The other really nice aspect is that it bundles jQuery. Once I learned about Jetpack and the notifications that can be triggered I decided to give Jetpack a go and develop an extension that allows users of OpenSource Release Feed to get release notifications right from within Firefox.
