Targeting External Links Intelligently
Presenting a jQuery-based JavaScript solution for the age-old dilemma of whether or not to open external links as blank targets in new tabs or windows. This script gives control to users, letting them decide whether or not to open external links in the current window or in a new one. Very easy implementation with no configuration required — an accessible, degradable, and completely unobtrusive solution.
